"Every dog needs exercise especially younger dogs. So if you do not have time to run or walk you set up two poles and the distance would depend on the size of the dog. There would be a loop rope around both poles with a toy attached in the middle and the dog attached just a couple feet away just out of reach. So when the dog chases the toy it goes around the loop and they can never catch it so they get tired!"
